ABOUT KALPULLI CORRIDORS
Kalpulli Corridors is a community land trust serving San Antonio's Southside neighborhoods. We prevent displacement and combat gentrification by acquiring land that stays affordable forever. We create pathways to homeownership, provide transitional housing for justice-impacted individuals, and empower communities through financial literacy and business development programs. Our mission integrates Mexica (Aztec) cultural wisdom with modern community development to build generational wealth and cultural sovereignty. We serve formerly incarcerated individuals, low-income families, youth, and underserved communities through affordable housing, trading education (Beat The Streets program), and cooperative business development.
